The Scuba Educational Alliance of Connecticut is a new non-profit organization to foster the development of a new generation of ocean stewards through scuba diving. Because learning how to dive or extending diving education can be cost prohibitive for young people, SEACT will look to provide financial support through grants and tuition assistance/scholarships. Our plan is to launch our Ocean Steward I program in the spring of 2023. Other programs are in development.
